Our Warming Drawer comes with the option of a stylish black glass panel or elegant grey glass panel, for seamless pairing with our Minimal or Contemporary style ovens. Door panel must be purchased separately.

Choose from six tailored functions including Rapid Proof for proofing dough, Dehydrate for drying foods such as meat, fruit and herbs and Slow Cook, ideal for finishing of seared meats, casseroles, stews and braises.

With fast and even heating, our warming drawer is great for keeping food warm and low temperature cooking. You can even rest meat after a traditional roast in the oven and proof dough for bread making and pizza.

Handle-free, push-to-open with intuitive touch controls, our warming drawer gives you the freedom to keep plates or cups warm while you continue to cook.

This function can be used in place of a countertop slow cooker, eliminating the need for a separate appliance and saving counter space. It cooks food slowly at a low temperature, great for braising meats and vegetables or building flavor in stews and curries.

The food warming function is designed to maintain cooked food at an optimal serving temperature ranging from low to high. It can warm multiple dishes at the same time.

This provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.

The rack can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes. Warming drawer includes two racks.

Personalize with a curated palette of exterior finishes and mixed metal hardware. Pick from lush Juniper, warm Black Ore and classic Stainless Steel finishes, all with matching handles. Personalize your hardware with optional handle accessory kits in Brass, Bronze, Black Ore and Stainless Steel.

A thermostat monitors the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to help prevent food from drying out.

Comfortably fit a variety of dishes with enough height for a mixing bowl and width for a 9" x 13" casserole dish.

Adjust moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables.

Located on the front of the warming drawer shows at a glance when the drawer is on and in use.
